There are two types of waterproofing options for your basement – a waterproof coating provided by tanking, and a water drainage solution, also known as a cavity drainage system. At Cellar-tec we can provide both of these waterproofing services.
Cavity drainage systems work using a cavity that allows any water that penetrates the external walls to drain into a channel. The water is then diverted into a Sump Pump System in order to be pumped out to a safe, external drainage point.
